I weighed myself yesterday. For the whole year, I lost 5.1 pounds. That is 5.1 pounds I didn't gain. That is 5.1 pounds less on an airplane seat. That is 5.1 pounds I don't have to carry on my body. While it seems miniscule to some, I'll take it. Especially since I decided to eat (and drink) nonstop from October to the end of the year.
I have run 2 miles so far this year.
My wish is to lose 10.2 pounds (or more) this year. I know I can do it.
