So I actually listened to what you had to say last week about my food diary.
And I relayed the info to D. He looked back over the weeks and found it interesting that we really didn't eat any veggies last week that didn't come in a can.
So we made a conscious effort this week. I also added yogurt to my lunches.
I might not get all 8HG of WeWa's but I'm trying...
So, I lost 1.2 this past week.
Here is what I had... (will post when WeWa works...)
Thursday: Honey-Chipotle Baked Beans; Honey-Chipotle Baked Beans and Chipotle-Barbecued Chicken; Szechuan Pork, Breyer's Double Churned Lite Vanilla Ice Cream Bar.
Friday: Honey-Chipotle Baked Beans; Szechuan Pork; Basmati Rice, Broccoli, Vietnamese Pork and Breyer's Double Churned Lite Vanilla Ice Cream Bar
Saturday: Brownie Clif Bar; 7 beers, 1 Pulled Pork Sandwich, 1/2 Cup Baked Beans; 1 Buffalo wing, 2 1/2 Servings Gatorade, 2 egg rolls, 1/2 serving Nachos (this was a best guess...there was a party, and I didn't feel like writing down all the rabbit platter stuff I ate).
Sunday: 1 Slice pizza with tomatoes and small Greek Salad with no dressing or olives; 2 1/2 servings Gatorade, 1 egg, 1/4C mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, 2 slices bacon, 2 C spinach, Breyer's Double Churned Lite Vanilla Ice Cream Bar, and Linguine with Garlicky Clams and Peas
Monday: Linguine with Garlicky Clams and Peas, Yoplait Light No Fat Pineapple Upsidedown Cake Yogurt; Basmati Rice, Vietnamese Pork ; Caesar Salad, Creamy Seafood-Parmesan Pasta, Breyer's Double Churned Lite Vanilla Ice Cream Bar
