The ankle pain is not one you can ignore without usually making it worse, so I'm glad to hear you're being smart :) I struggle with foot/ankle injuries from time to time due to previous broken body parts and stupid high arches, and one thing that ALWAYS helps to heal is lunges. I picked up my packet ...I'm feeling your pain. I picked up my packet for the Baltimore Half that is tomorrow. My ankle is still swollen and bruised. There is no way I could run 3 miles let alone 13.1. I wasn't bummed until I went to the Expo.
